The primary factory was established in 2016 in Henan Province, China, spanning 120,000 square meters with an initial investment exceeding 90 million RMB. Equipped with 16 state-of-the-art automated aluminum profile extrusion lines, and 12 of which are currently operational. It delivers an annual output of 30,000 metric tons of premium aluminum profiles. Designed as a green, high-tech manufacturing base, it has rapidly risen to become one of China's most advanced and sophisticated extrusion ecosystems.

In 2019, we further strengthened our global presence by establishing an advanced branch factory in Vietnam. This sophisticated facility covers more than 40,000 square meters with an investment of over 9 million USD. Purpose-built to serve international markets, it provides significant supply-chain efficiencies and strategic localization advantages.

Our manufacturing excellence is anchored in a strategic dual-facility platform that masterfully combines the scale, technological leadership, and production capacity of the Henan primary facility with the precision engineering and international compliance of the Vietnam branch factory. The two facilities operate in seamless synergy to deliver unparalleled quality, exceptional capacity, and rapid responsiveness to clients worldwide.

The products cover three major series: architectural aluminum products, industrial aluminum products, and decorative aluminum products - including traffic sign aluminum products, window and curtain wall profiles, photovoltaic support profiles, radiator profiles, assembly line profiles, furniture aluminum products, and hundreds of other varieties.
Overall industry solution:

For the fields of architecture, transportation, electronics and electrical appliances, machinery and equipment, new energy, home decoration and others, we offer services such as profile selection, structural design, technical consultation and customized processing.
Surface treatment and deep processing services:

It has a complete surface treatment line including anodizing, electrophoretic coating, powder coating, PVDF coating, multi-layer wood texture, etc., and provides one-stop deep processing services such as drilling, cutting, milling, assembly, CNC processing, and engraving.

We have sixteen modern automatic aluminum extrusion production lines, with an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons. Equipped with advanced equipment, we can produce various aluminum profiles of different cross-sectional shapes.

Standards

Strictly implement the GB/T 5237 national standard. The product has passed the ISO 9001 quality management system certification, and a complete quality control system from raw material procurement to product manufacturing and delivery has been established.

Technology

Mastering core technologies such as isothermal extrusion, online quenching, and precise mold design, and possessing a complete material testing laboratory, ensuring that the mechanical properties and surface quality of the products meet industry standards.

Patents

By the end of 2023, we had over 30 valid patents, including 5 invention patents, 20 utility model patents and 8 design patents. It has been continuously investing in the research and development of new products.
